Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. I aim to despatch all orders within 7 days of payment (this is usual). However, since I am sometimes on extended field trips, I can only guarantee orders will be despatched by Royal Mail within 56 days of payment, unless there is a notice on my homepage stating otherwise at the time of your order.
  2. The sizes of prints quoted on this website are intended as an approximate guide. Please note that only the approximate width is quoted. Heights of prints will vary relative to the proportions of specific images.
  3. Photographs will be printed with a plain margin of at least 1 inch beyond the actual print size.
  4. My print specifications and returns policy is set out on a separate page (click here).
  5. Purchasers should be aware that what they see on their own monitors may differ in some respects from these benchmarks and that colour values may be at variance with the original if their viewing screens are not calibrated to the same standards.
  6. Prints will be supplied rolled in tubes for posting.
  7. The quality and condition of prints when packed is guaranteed. Care should be exercised when removing the prints from the packaging as all damage resulting from improper handling will be considered to be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  8. Prices include the cost of post and packing per item to UK addresses. An additional charge of 10 Pounds Sterling per item is made for posting to addresses outside the UK.
  9. Normally prints will be posted by first class Royal Mail (special delivery) within UK or air-mailed abroad. Postal charges are not refundable.
  10. Online orders will be acknowledged by email.
